Whitz Racing, LLC has established a Tiered Pricing Structure based upon order volume for our Hobby Shop and Dealer Partners. Three Layers of pricing can be unlocked to provide your shop greater margin on Whitz Racing Products you sell. Pricing Structures and Discounts will be made available once Hobby Shop / Dealer is Approved. Semi-Annual Reviews are executed by Whitz Racing, LLC to confirmed Account has met minimum order requirements to keep Dealer Status and Discounts.
Whitz Racing, LLC also offers financing through our banking partners that allow for minimum order amounts to be paid over time, which helps a retailer to receive merchandise, sell said merchandise to customers and then use proceeds as needed. Some of our banking partners offer 60 Days with 0% Interest. These options, amongst many others, are available at time of order process checkout and are solely approved, managed and recorded by third parties.
Minimum Advertised Price Policy
Whitz Racing, LLC has implemented a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy covering all of our products, including but not limited to bearings, turnbuckles, screws, tires, wheels, motors, and related accessories. This policy is intended to maintain the integrity of our brand and applies to all retailers who promote Whitz Racing products through local, regional, or national advertising channels.
The MAP policy encompasses all forms of advertisement, whether online or offline. This includes pricing displayed on retailer websites, including final prices visible in shopping carts, as well as listings on online marketplaces such as Amazon and eBay. It also applies to traditional print advertising like newspapers, magazines, inserts, and direct mail, in addition to digital and broadcast media such as email campaigns, banner ads, forum posts, radio, internet, and television promotions, whether managed directly by the retailer or by affiliated partners.
Retailers found to be advertising Whitz Racing products below the established minimum advertised price will be considered in violation of this policy. Any promotions, including sales or coupons, must be approved in advance by Whitz Racing and must include clearly defined start and end dates. Clearance pricing is permitted for discontinued or closeout items, provided the designation is valid and not used to circumvent this policy.
Whitz Racing reserves the right to supply our products only to retailers who comply with this MAP policy. Any violation may result in termination of the retailer’s account without prior notice. This policy is applicable to all national advertising of Whitz Racing products throughout the United States and Canada.
